Our Policy
At Brill Motors, we strive to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. We understand that buying a vehicle is a significant decision, and we want you to feel confident and secure.
7-Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on select certified pre-owned vehicles. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the vehicle within 7 days or 250 miles (whichever comes first) for a full refund, subject to a restocking fee and inspection.
Exchange Policy
If the vehicle you purchased isn't the perfect fit, you can exchange it for another vehicle in our inventory within 14 days of purchase. The vehicle must be in the same condition as when sold, and any difference in price will be adjusted accordingly.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain fees and services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Government registration and title fees
- Third-party inspection fees
- Shipping or delivery charges
- Custom modifications installed at your request
Condition of Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the vehicle must be free of any new damage, accidents, or excessive wear and tear. All original keys, manuals, and accessories must be returned with the vehicle.
